Worry Free Bookings
When you book on our website, you will be given the opportunity to add 10% of your reservation total to ensure your peace of mind. You will need to opt-out if you do not want to purchase this assurance. It functions like trip insurance. You will be charged 100% of the booking up front. You will also be refunded 100% of your booking if an unforeseen circumstance comes up that necessitates a cancellation at any time.
A. Your reservation confirmation email will include a link to Worry Free Bookings. You will need to cancel and request your refund through that link. 98% of all requests are fully refundable. No need to contact us, since we are not the ones refunding.
A. Yes and No. We cannot do it as usual, through our back-office system. However, we can enter all your information into the online system guests use, as if we were you.
A. Yes. Anytime after you make a reservation and find you need to cancel, you will cancel through the link provided in your confirmation email, to get your refund. You even have up to 60 days AFTER the booking date to request a refund.
A. Worry Free Booking cannot be added after the reservation is made. However, we can cancel your current reservation (that doesn’t have Worry Free Booking) and create a new reservation that includes Worry Free Booking to give you peace of mind.
Covid 19 infection, illness/injury, pre-existing medical condition, pregnancy complication, death of immediate family member. Additionally, transportation problems such as public transport failure, flight disruption, mechanical failure, or adverse weather are covered.
These are just a few examples of the unforeseen circumstances that qualify for a refund. Decisions about covered circumstances are made by the Worry Free Booking company through your email link.
