Q & A about the Vintage Holiday Craft making event

Saturday evening, November 2 – 6:30 pm-9:00 pm

Q. How do I register myself and my friends for this?

A. You can book your room directly on our website and add this code in the notes – ORNAMENTS2019 – to add this event. Or you can call June at 319-622-3937 to sign up. We need at least 10 people to hold the event and the maximum is 35 people.

Q. Do we need to bring anything?

A. No, please don’t. All the materials for the vintage upcycle/recycle crafts will be available to you.

Q. What if I’m not a crafty person and won’t know what to do?

A. Hey, that’s fine. Molly is the expert and will be there to answer any questions. She’s chosen simple, yet elegant and beautiful crafts to make and decorate your home or office for the holidays.

Q. Is there food and something to drink available?

A. Yes, we will provide a light meal/heavy appetizers with a holiday flair. We will also pair the food with local wines. If you aren’t a wine drinker, no problem, we’ll have something else for you to drink.

Q. Does the $55 registration fee include everything?

A. Yes, it does. All the supplies to make at least 6 different crafts, the food and drinks and venue cost are all included.

Q. Do I have to stay at Die Heimat to participate in this event?

A. We hope you do, but no, that is not a requirement.  Guests who have stayed at Die Heimat in the past received this offer at a discounted rate. The cost for the entire evening event is now $55.
