Q. What are the hours of the Quilt Show?
A. Pre-Event is Thursday evening at 5:00 pm at the Ronneburg. Show: Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 10am-3pm. This is April 2-5, 2020
Q. What are the hours for the quilt retreat at Die Heimat’s event center?
A. Friday morning as early at 7:00 am – Sunday at 3:00pm. Room check-out on Sunday is at 11:00am. April 3-5
Q. What does the $60 include?
A. The 3-day retreat center, tickets to the Thursday evening dinner and event at the Ronneburg, early entrance to the quilt show and entrance to the show all weekend. Wow!
Q. Are there any additional costs?
A. You will need to book a room at Die Heimat Country Inn. To get the special $60 rate and to participate in the quilt retreat, you need to be guests at our inn Friday and Saturday nights.
Q. What about the retreats in March? Can I come any of the weekends that you mentioned – the first, the last and the third weekend?
A. Your group of 10 or more needs to come either the first or last weekend of March, based on availability.
March 6-8 and 27-29, 2020 are open at this point.
Q. What if it’s just me and my sister and we aren’t part of a group?
A. The weekend for that is March 20-22. This will be a gathering of small friend groups and individuals who want to come work on any craft project but aren’t part of a group. We need a minimum of 10 people to hold this retreat.

Q. When is the deadline to book any of these events?
A. November 24, 2019. After that the price will go up. So book now and don’t miss our early-bird rates.
Q. Why is the retreat rate higher for the weekends in March than the retreat at the time of the Quilt Show?
A. It appears that way, but it really isn’t. In March the package rate includes your room at the inn as well as Saturday’s lunch.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We take a 50% deposit when you book and the remainder 30 days prior to the event. There are no refunds after the 30 days. If you cancel prior to 30 days before the booked date, there will be a $25 processing fee.
